About Lloyd Clough and Sons
Established in 1961, Lloyd Clough and Sons was initially a partnership between Lloyd Clough and Andrew Stevens. The original name for the company being Clough & Stevens. The year 1968 marked a significant change after Andrew decided to relinquish his position and the present company name was adopted.
Raymond Clough joined the industry as an apprentice during Christmas 1971. After a period of five years while qualifying he continued working on site for a further six years gaining the necessary, extensive practical skill set that would be required for successful site management.
Terence Clough joined the company in 1974 after successfully completing a BSc at East Anglia University.
Lee Cousins, who was made Company Director in November 2003, joined the company as an apprentice in 1982. He came through the ranks, on the way collecting the prestigious Silver Trowel Award for Plastering, and chose to further his career by joining the management team.
My founding principle was Quality of Service, the Company is still based on this principle.
